This homemade pico de gallo will transform and brighten any of your dishes. This is a great dish to make up before that forgotten pot-luck picnic and grab some chips on your way to the party. This pico de gallo recipe deserves a spot on top of your tacos or breakfast burrito for sure. This one is for all my fellow Seinfeld fans.

Pico de Gallo
Ingredients
- 4 Roma tomatoes chopped
- 2 jalapeños or serranos seeds removed and chopped fine
- 3-4 cloves of garlic minced
- 1/4 red onion (about 1/4-1/2 cup) chopped fine
- bunch fresh cilantro chopped to taste
- Juice from 1/2 lime
- pinch salt to taste
Instructions
- Chop all produce to desired consistency
- Stir together in large bowl
- Transfer to serving and dish and enjoy at once
