Behind the scenes of Selah Nutritional Therapy, I am very aware that each food choice we make affects the daily function of our bodies. Because of the food we choose, we have the ability to heal or inflame- to nourish or to damage. After working with many clients over the years it all comes down to the most basic need of “What do I actually buy?!” The nutrition space is terribly confusing- I know this! I made this post to boil it down to easy click to cart link for all the items you can prioritize buying at your local Walmart. Walmart has a lot of healthy options! Also, Their list of healthy options are growing- because we’re voting with our money! Even most recently Walmart announced its change to eliminate all synthetic food dyes from their private brand name. This is really exciting.

Poor gut health, means that at least 1 part of the digestive process is impaired- this leads to symptoms. This tends to be a first priority with clients I work with.
