How to make 3-Ingredient Banana Pancakes:
Ingredients
- 6 eggs (1-1/2c of egg whites)
- 1/2 ripe banana
- 4 Tbsp natural peanut butter
- 2 Tbsp ground flaxseed (optional)
- 1/2 cup rolled oats (optional)
- Cinnamon (to taste)
Instructions
- Add all ingredients to a blender and blend until smooth.
- Heat a skillet over medium and lightly grease.
- Ladle the batter onto the hot skillet.
- Flip when edges look dry and bubbles form, about 1–2 minutes per side.
- Serve warm with butter and pure maple syrup.
