Ingredients

  • 6 eggs 1-1/2c of egg whites
  • 1/2 ripe banana
  • 4 Tbsp peanut butter
  • Cinnamon to taste
  • 2 Tbsp ground flaxseed optional
  • 1/4 cup rolled oats optional

Instructions

  • Add all ingredients to a blender and blend until smooth.
  • Heat a skillet over medium and lightly grease.
  • Ladle the batter onto the hot skillet.
  • Flip when edges look dry and bubbles form, about 1–2 minutes per side.
  • Serve warm with butter and pure maple syrup.
