Instructions
Add all ingredients to a blender and blend until smooth.
Heat a skillet over medium and lightly grease.
Ladle the batter onto the hot skillet.
Flip when edges look dry and bubbles form, about 1–2 minutes per side.
Serve warm with butter and pure maple syrup.
