Lemon-Ginger Greek Yogurt Parfait
Delicious dessert or a mid afternoon snack

Servings 4 people
- 2 cups whole milk plain greek yogurt or non dairy alternative
- 2 tbsp Bonne Maman Lemon curd or less
- 2 cups fresh blueberries and blackberries or frozen and thawed
- 8 pieces crystalized ginger sliced very thin
- zest of 1 lemon
Wash and prep fresh berries.
Mix greek yogurt with 1-2 tablespoons of lemon curd.
Using a decorative clear glass, spoon a couple tablespoons of yogurt mix into the bottom of the glass. Top with all the fresh berries.
Top with remaining lemon curd.
Cut crystalized ginger into very thin strips. Sprinkle on the top.
Zest lemon and sprinkle on top.
