Lemon-Ginger Greek Yogurt Parfait

Ingredients

  • 2 cups whole milk plain greek yogurt or non dairy alternative
  • 2 tbsp Bonne Maman Lemon curd or less
  • 2 cups fresh blueberries and blackberries or frozen and thawed
  • 8 pieces crystalized ginger sliced very thin
  • zest of 1 lemon

Instructions

  • Wash and prep fresh berries.
  • Mix greek yogurt with 1-2 tablespoons of lemon curd.
  • Using a decorative clear glass, spoon a couple tablespoons of yogurt mix into the bottom of the glass. Top with all the fresh berries.
  • Top with remaining lemon curd.
  • Cut crystalized ginger into very thin strips. Sprinkle on the top.
  • Zest lemon and sprinkle on top.
  • Bon Appetit.
